Its all about the children – Fabulous family wedding Hacienda de San Rafael

Wedding Hacienda de San Rafael has to be one of our favourite venues. The Reid family have created a haven in the countryside and Anthony and his wedding team, led by Lea, just make everything just so right. Add to the mix a wonderful couple, Alison and  Andrew, their beautiful children and a whole lot of other kids and you have the perfect recipe for fun!

The bride chose a colour scheme around the incredible fuchsia Bougainvillea. The bridesmaids dresses, the bouquets, flowers in the hair. But the bride could not leave out the Sunflowers, out in all their glory. The venue looked stunning and the stage was set for a perfect wedding.

 

The children had great fun. Alison made sure that there was plenty for them to do. Carriage rides, donkey rides, games, etc. The adults couldn’t help but join in the fun too.

Before dinner Alison and Andrew had a perfect sunset over the Sunflower fields. Couldn’t have been a better cue for the delicious dinner that the Hacienda de San Rafael prepares. Simple but elegant table settings setting the scene for the dishes that follow. The evening temperature the perfect antidote for the heat of the day.

At the end of the dinner the cake, first dance and fun for all.

Thank you Alison, Andrew, family and friends. You made a very special day really outstanding. The children were the soul of the event and hopefully in years to come they will be able to relive the day with their parents. Thankas also to all the vendors that made the day such fun.
